Background Information:

I have taught in the public school system for 14 years.  This is my 3rd year at Maypearl Secondary.  It is a great day to be a Panther!!  I spent 10 of my 14 years in the public schools coaching as well as teaching.  In my 14 years, I have been privileged to teach all 3 levels, including elementary, junior high and high school.  I love teaching Science because it is an evolving subject, we are always learning and discovering new things.  I also love teaching Physical Education, because I believe we all need to dedicate more time taking care of our health and physical well-being.  Also a little fun never hurt anyone! I have a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and I love being an Aggie (WHOOP!).  I am happily married to Daniel and we have two sons who attend Kirkpatrick Elementary.  If I am not at school, I am probably on the sidelines of one of my son’s youth sports games.
