NEW Exciting Opportunity!
A parenting class called "Child-Parent-Relationship Training" will be offered this spring. This training is being funded by the Maypearl Education Foundation through their grant program! This is an exciting opportunity for parents of children under the age of 10 who want to:
* regain control as a parent
* help their child develop self-control
* effectively discipline and set limits
* understand their child's emotional needs
* communicate more effectively with their child
If you are interested in the program or just have more questions, please contact Amanda Stinson, School Counselor, at 972-435-1010

What is the KC Club?
The KC (Kindness & Compassion) Club is a part of Rachel's Challenge. It is a NEW & exciting opportunity for students to get involved and make a difference at Kirkpatrick Elementary! We have approximately 80 students (4th & 5th graders) who have signed up and are participating in the KC Club this year. Our KC Club members are an integral part of keeping the chain reaction of kindness and compassion going. Members are involved in things such as service projects, setting individual & group goals, writing notes of encouragement (or KC Grams) to students and faculty members, and being role models for our younger students.
"Kindness - Let's start a chain reaction!"
