Resolution of the Board to Set Tax Rate
On Thursday, August 14th, 2025, the Maypearl ISD Board adopted a total tax rate of $0.9698 to be assessed and collected by the duly specified assessor and collector as follows:
$0.6964 for the purpose of maintenance and operations, and
$0.2734 for the purpose of payment of principal and interest on debts.
THIS TAX RATE WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE.
THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 18.57 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $109.05”
