My name is Melody Durazo and I am the current BIM teacher here at Maypearl High School.  This is my 4th year teaching Business Information Management, but first year as a Maypearl Panther.  Prior to being in the classroom I worked in Corporate America for 15 years.  I enjoy bringing the real world experience into the classroom each day.  As well as teaching, I will be assistant coaching High School Volleyball and Softball and Junior High Basketball.  

               When I am not in the classroom, you can find me hanging out with my husband, Nick, of 14 years and our 5 year old son, Peyton.  When time allows I enjoy completing jigsaw puzzles, playing soccer, and traveling to new locations. 

               I am very excited to be a Maypearl Panther!
