    • Dallas Society of Women Engineers: Is offering scholarships varying from $500-$1000.     • Financial Futures Scholarship
    • GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program: High school seniors are eligible for $10,000 renewable scholarships -up to $40,000 per student. 
    • Glenn Mandeville Memorial Scholarship:  Each year, EECU awards up to eight $5,000 scholarships for students who are pursuing a four-year bachelor's degree.

    • HILCO: Hilco created the Scholarship of Excellence Fund to encourage and assist in the educational pursuits of HILCO members and their families. Applicants must be a resident of the State of Texas, Considered a dependent, living at the residence of their parents or legal guardians who are active member-consumers of HILCO Electric. They must be receiving electric service from the cooperative at their permanent address.

    • Horatio Alger Scholarship: This is one of the nation's largest need-based scholarship programs. 
    • Inez Lewis Scholarship: This scholarship is to assist a graduate of Ellis County ISD High School with college expenses. Mrs. Chadwick will email Seniors and make an announcement when this application becomes available.

    • Insurance Scholarships: Several insurance companies and different organizations provide scholarships with tens of thousands of dollars for college each year.

    • TILFTexas Interscholalastic League Foundation's basic requirements are that a student must compete at the state level in an UIL academic contest and must plan to attend a Texas college or university. 
    • United States Presidential Scholars Program: One general education student representative and one CTE student representative are chosen to apply for this program and scholarship opportunity.

    • Varsity Tutors Scholarship Contest: Varsity Tutors holds a monthly $1,000 college scholarship contest where students must write an essay in response to a monthly prompt.  Entries are reviewed by Varsity Tutors at the end of the month and one winner is subsequently chosen to receive the $1,000 college scholarship. 
    • Wealth Wise ScholarshipThis $1000 scholarship opportunity is available to students seeking a career in finance.
