Maypearl ISD School Health Advisory Council (SHAC)
SHAC is a group of individuals representing segments of the community and school district which provides advice to the district on coordinated school health programming and its impact on student health and learning. If you are interested in becoming involved, please contact your campus nurse. Teachers, parents, administrators and student are encourage to get involved with the health service team.
SHAC Wellness Goals
SHACs can be helpful in improving student health and creating healthy schools by providing a way for community members to work together with school personnel to accomplish district goals. Below are Maypearl ISD Wellness Goals.
The SHAC will meet four times each school year.. The next meeting will scheduled and posted to the district calendar.
