CONNECTIONS - using the new language to reinforce learning in other subjects.
COMPARISONS - making comparisons between English and Spanish.
COMMUNITIES - looking for ways to use Spanish outside the classroom and becoming a lifelong language learner.
High school students strive to progress to the next level of language proficiency from beginner (novice) to intermediate or advanced.
