• Contacting the Principal's Office


    Parties wishing to contact the Principal or Assistant Principal regarding a specific teacher or student are encouraged to resolve the matter informally by following the steps below:

    Step One:  Contact the teacher and have a meeting / phone conference

    Step Two:  Contact the Assistant Principal (all discipline issues or grades) or Counselor (other)

    Step Three:  Contact the Principal (if a school-wide concerrn, this becomes step one)

    Step Four:   Contact the Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Operations, Special Education, Athletics, Band or Child Nutrition if the concern involves their department (contact 972-435-1000)

    Step Five: Contact the Superintendent of Schools

    A grievance or complaint may be filed at the appropriate level at any point per local policies. If you are having trouble locatiin gthe grievance policies and need appropriate forms, please call 972-435-1000 for assistance.

    Citizens wishing to express themselves regarding school district policy, boundaries, finances, or other responsibilites of the Board which have not been placed on a regular meeting agenda are encouraged to use the following:

    1. Contact the appropriate department (Call 972-435-1000)
    2.  Email/write your concerns to the office of the Superintendent
    3.  Write a letter to the Maypearl ISD Board of Trustees.  Letters are sent to the Board of Trustee members and the Superintendent of Schools.  Board members also receive copies of all responsies to parties.  Letters should be mailed to:
