In accordance with Senate Bill 8, Maypearl ISD will be following specific procedures regarding the designation and use of private spaces, such as locker rooms and restrooms. Locker rooms will be non-private during the following times, which will allow coaches and other MISD employees to handle their responsibilities without infringing on student privacy:
- 15 minutes before the start of pregame activities
- 8 minutes during halftime
- 10 minutes after the conclusion of a game
- 20 minutes after the conclusion of a practice
