Maypearl ISD Formal Grievance Procedures
Maypearl ISD encourages students and parents and employees to discuss their concerns with the appropriate teacher, principal, supervisor or other appropriate campus administrator who has the authority to address the concerns. Concerns should be expressed as soon as possible to allow early resolution at the lowest possible administrative level.
A student, parent, or employee may initiate the formal grievance process by timely filing a written complaint form.
Even after initiating the formal complaint process, all parties are encouraged to seek informal resolution of their concerns. A student, parent, or employee whose concerns are resolved may withdraw a formal complaint at any time.
Complaint forms and appeal notices may be filed by hand-delivery, by electronic communication, including e-mail and fax, or by U.S. Mail. The forms are available below.
Please review Board Policy FNG(LOCAL) for parents and students or DGBA(LOCAL) for employees for more information. These policies may be found on the Maypearl ISD School Board page.
