Charge Policy
- Students will be allowed to charge up to $20 (menu meals only).
- All students, over the charge limit of $20, will be offered an alternative meal.
- Snacks, extras, or a la carte items will not be charged to students with a negative balance.
- MISD Child Nutrition will make every attempt to notify parents by phone, and/or email, with student information.
- All students are set up with a meal account and parents are encouraged to set up low-balance notifications online.
- Prompt remediation of an insufficient account is expected and appreciated.
- Call the MISD Child Nutrition Department at (972) 435-1041 to arrange payment plans.
