The role of the Campus Behavior Coordinator is to support a positive, structured learning environment by working with teachers and the campus administration team to address student behavior and discipline in alignment with district and state guidelines and Chapter 37 requirements.
This role focuses on implementing behavior systems, supporting teachers with classroom management strategies, and ensuring consistent and fair discipline practices.
The key responsibilities of the Campus Behavior Coordinator include reviewing discipline referrals, assisting with behavior intervention plans, supporting DAEP processes, monitoring discipline data trends, and coaching staff on proactive behavior supports.
The Campus Behavior Coordinator also collaborates with other administrators, counselors, and families to address student needs and ensure compliance with state and district policies while promoting student success and campus safety.
