Stay connected with ParentSquare

Maypearl ISD uses ParentSquare as our primary platform for school communication. Families receive messages through email, app, voice, or text, helping everyone stay informed and involved.

An account is automatically created for each parent or guardian using the contact information in our student information system. We encourage you to activate your account to download the free mobile app, set your language preferences, and choose how and when you’d like to receive messages.

What you can do with ParentSquare:

• Receive updates from your school via email, app, or text notification
• Choose to get posts as they’re shared or bundled in a daily digest
• View posts, photos, calendars, and important announcements
• Communicate in your preferred language with automatic translation
• Comment on school posts and stay engaged with your school community
• Send direct messages to teachers and staff
• Participate in group conversations with other families
• Sign up for conferences and school events
• Fill out forms, sign permission slips, make payments, and view report cards—all in one place

ParentSquare Getting Started Guide (English)

Activate Your Account

The email and phone number you provided during registration has been used to create an account for you in ParentSquare that is connected to your student(s). You can use this email or phone number to register and verify your account. You should be receiving an invitation via email to join ParentSquare. However, if you do not receive that notice, or accidentally delete it, you can use the directions below.

On the App

1. Download the ParentSquare App from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store (links below)
2. Open the ParentSquare App
3. Enter your email or cell phone number
4. Tap Continue
   Note: If your email or phone number is not recognized by ParentSquare, you can contact your student's school to have your contact information updated.  Give a couple days for the email/phone number to be updated in our systems and then try again with ParentSquare.
5. Create your password and confirm you password
6. Enter your registration code.  If you entered an email in step 2 the code will be emailed to you.  If you entered a phone number, it will be texted to you.

On a Computer

1. Go to parentsquare.com/signin
2. In the "Register" area enter your email or cell phone number
3. Tap "Get Started"
   Note: If your email or phone number is not recognized by ParentSquare, you can contact your student's school to have your contact information updated.  Give a couple days for the email/phone number to be updated in our systems and then try again with ParentSquare.
4. You will receive an email (if you entered an email in step 2) or a text (if you entered a phone number) with directions on how to finish activating your account.   Completing this will connect you with your student(s).

Download the Parent Square App

The ParentSquare app is available in both iOS or Android stores. Downloading the mobile app is the easiest way to receive all Posts, Events, Sign Up Requests, Photos and Files.
