    Kristi Guest earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Texas A&M University and her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. She has been a High School Math teacher in area districts since 1996, serving in many additional roles including Mentor teacher and Student Council Advisor. She is currently serving as the Secondary Math Instructional Specialist in Midlothian ISD. She works with PLCs to develop blended lessons using the district’s new curriculum and 1:1 devices. Kristi brings a passion for encouraging students to reach their potential and working with teachers to find new ways to challenge their students to be collaborators and critical thinkers. She believes that when educators and
    students have a growth mindset, anything is possible! Kristi and her husband, Matt, have lived in Midlothian for 17 years. They have four daughters: Tori, Libby, Maranda, and Faith.
