Hello.  My name is Melanie Dillon.  This will be my nineteenth year in the district.  I will be your child's Social Studies teacher this year and we plan on making it a historical year.  Before I came to the Maypearl District, I taught in Palmer for five years.  My teaching career started in Odessa and I spent four years there before moving back to the Dallas area. My family has enjoyed being a part of the Maypearl community and I know you have too. I know your child is your most precious commodity, and I plan on taking good care of them.  I look forward to making history with your child this year!
