Sunday, April 20th, 2025, is Volunteer Recognition Day, and we take great pride in celebrating the spirit of service that flourishes within Maypearl ISD.
Volunteers play a crucial role in our schools, and we are fortunate to have numerous family and community members who dedicate their time to support our staff and students. Their contributions span a range of activities, from assisting in classrooms, organizing events, to fundraising for our schools, chaperoning field trips, and coaching sports in the community. MISD Parents and Guardians~
As you may know, April 8th is expected to be a busy day in our area because we are in the path of the Solar Eclipse. For this reason, on 2/22/24, the Maypearl ISD Board of Trustees approved an update to the 2023-2024 school year calendar. The previously scheduled professional development day on Monday, April 15 has been changed to Monday, April 8.
- Students will not attend school on Monday, April 8.
- Students and staff will have a regular school day on Monday, April 15.
We wanted to give you plenty of notice so you could plan accordingly.
